  • Skinny Massage

$85 focused 30 min session | $120 hour full body session

Give your lymphatic system a boost with a skinny massage. Skinny massage is based on a series of techniques that target the cellulite on your body. The unique massage strokes break down the build up of connective fatty tissue, and releases the build up of toxins to be processed by your lymphatic system. Results can be seen and felt after just one visit. Skinny Massage leaves a tightened, toned, and firmed appearance for the typical trouble areas of your body.

  • Hot Stone Massage

    $85 per hour

Heated smooth, basalt stones are placed on key points on the body. The massage therapist will also hold the stones and use them to massage the body. The heated stones allow a deeper, more effective massage without necessarily providing a harder, deeper pressure. It utilizes moist heat, which is a more effective type of heat, to penetrate deep into the muscle tissue to relax even the deepest layer of muscle and tissue. The heat is a proven method to help unwind scar tissue, reduce inflammation, increase range of motion, and even ease rheumatoid arthritis. Even though there are hot stones involved, in the hands of a therapist certified in Hot Stone Therapy, you shouldn't get burned, but you may very well melt.

  • Hot Stone Spot Treatment

    $35 when added to services

This treatment is a scaled-down version of a Hot Stone Massage. It uses the heated basalt stones but focuses on one specific area such as the shoulders and back or feet – wherever the most trouble is located. The stones allow for a deeper, more effective massage while the heat encourages blood flow which in turn creates more relaxed muscles and more relief.

  • Prenatal Massage

    $85

60 minute table massage to relieve pain and stress in feet, legs, neck, and back with side position to ease tension in low back without putting pressure on the stomach area. Offers undeniable physical benefits throughout every prenatal stage. Research has shown that women who receive massage while pregnant may have easier deliveries, a reduced chance of post-partum depression, and regain their bodies more quickly. In most cases, massage is perfectly safe and can help the mother-to-be relieve general body aches, pains, and tension that her body is going through while also feeling pampered at the same time.

When Massage Should Be Avoided During Pregnancy: Most normal low-risk pregnancies can receive massage with no problem. However if the pregnancy is high-risk or conditions such as pre-term labor, pre-eclampsia, eclampsia, DVT, or severe edema are present, massage may not be advised. Women with any of these conditions need a doctor's authorization before proceeding with a massage, and even if none of the conditions exist, it is still a good idea to double-check with your doctor first. Cannot be massaged during first trimester.

Massage After Delivery: Massage during the weeks after delivery helps to restore muscle tone in the abdomen and reposition the pelvis. Plus, it can give a new mom some time to relax and possibly a chance for some much-needed quiet time and sleep. Depending on the conditions during the delivery, some women feel "up to" a massage a week or so after delivery, while others it may be beneficial to wait 6 weeks or more. Check with your doctor to determine the best time to receive a massage following your delivery.

  • Corporate/Event Chair Massage

    $75 per hour

Sitting at a desk all day can cause numerous aches and pains especially in the neck, shoulders, and lower back. Fortunately there is a quick and simple type of massage that can help relieve this specific type of pain. Using a specially designed massage chair allows a tired, sore employee to receive a focused massage on the back and shoulders. The chair itself takes up very little room and can easily be set up in an empty room or the corner of an office. The special design also allows the recipient to receive a beneficial massage without the hassle or embarrassment of having to remove clothing, and eliminates the need for messy oils or creams. This is also a very versatile form of massage, allowing a massage to last anywhere from 5-20 minutes per person depending on how many employees there are and the time available for the treatments. This type of massage is perfect for an end of-quarter reward, a perk during long conference meetings, or just a monthly treat to help boost employee morale. Studies have shown that relaxed and pain-free employees are more productive and take more pride in their work. It may not increase job satisfaction, but may decrease medical claims and make the work environment more pleasant.
